Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Noble Garage Doors or accessing our website located at noblegaragedoors.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Noble Garage Doors provides garage door repair, installation, maintenance, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Shelton CT and surrounding New Haven County communities including Derby, Ansonia, Seymour, and Oxford. All services are performed by licensed, bonded, and insured technicians.

Estimates and Pricing

Written estimates are provided prior to the commencement of any work. Estimates are based on our technician's assessment at the time of the service call. If additional issues are discovered during the course of a repair that require additional parts or labor, we will communicate the revised cost to you and obtain your approval before proceeding. We do not perform additional work without your explicit authorization.

Warranties

Noble Garage Doors warrants all labor performed for a period of 90 days from the date of service. Parts are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or failure to perform recommended maintenance. New door installations carry a separate workmanship warranty as specified in your installation agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee. For large installation projects, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service call fee. Emergency service calls are dispatched immediately upon request and may not be cancelled once a technician has been dispatched.

Limitation of Liability

Noble Garage Doors' liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are fully insured for property damage caused by our technicians while performing services on your property.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Haven County, Connecticut.
